Nancy Cory is proud to be a leader among Community Schools, continually working to strengthen our school community and improve the lives of our students and families. Our Community Room is a welcoming space where families can connect, find support, and access resources. Through our Family Ambassador and Community Schools Liaison, families can receive assistance with school and community resources, family workshops, volunteer opportunities, attendance support, and navigating school services.
Our Community Room also houses our Community Closet and Food Pantry, providing access to clothing, shoes, hygiene items, food, and other basic necessities. These resources help remove barriers that can affect attendance, student well-being, and a child’s ability to come to school ready to learn.
More than just a room, it is a place to build relationships, create connections, and make sure every Nancy Cory family knows they have somewhere to turn when they need support.Together, we are building a school where every student and family feels welcomed, supported, connected, and valued. 🐾
